Shipping policy

***When using Shop App to place an order or using any express payment options such as ShopPay, ApplePay, GooglePay or PayPal Express. The shipping option is automatically selected as our “FREE” shipping method(Hold the shipping. Email us when you are ready to combine shipping).***
Please be advised that we will contact you to arrange for shipping.

Please expect a handling time of 1-3 days. 
All Canadian packages are shipped by local Canadian couriers and can take between 2-14 business days.  

 

***We use DDP on all orders shipped to the US***

All U.S. packages are shipped by USPS and can take between 5-14 business days. ***Due to the new US regulations related to "De Minimus exemption", all US bound packages may experience shipping delays.  Our US customer will be responsible for any VAT Tax or Duties charged by their country's Customs.*** 

US shipping may be delayed due to our local Postal service's ongoing labour negotiations.  If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at toydonut2020@gmail.com

 

All international packages are shipped by USPS First-Class Package International Services, PostNL, APC Logistics or Asendia International Priority and can take between 8-75 business days.

***Due to the new International regulations related to "VAT/Duties", international customers will be responsible for any VAT Tax or Duties charged by their country's Customs.*** 

Tracking numbers will be provided once packages are shipped.

Please note that we do not offer shipping insurance.  Please contact us if you would like to add insurance.  Once added, our insurance will only cover up to $300.00 CAD or $200 USD.
